How may I register for the 2024 PNS Annual Meeting?
Registration will open in early 2024. Meeting registration rates are set by the Board in December in concert with budget approval.
Where is the 2024 PNS Annual Meeting being held?
The 2024 PNS Annual Meeting will be held 22 – 25 June at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal in Montréal, Canada.

Will any abstract awards be given at the 2024 PNS Annual Meeting?
Yes. The PNS awards eight $750 cash prizes each year to current PNS Junior Members presenting abstracts. The prizes are given as a tribute to the luminaries in our field. Learn more on our Awards page, here.
Will Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits be offered for the Annual Meeting?
No, CME’s will not be offered as part of the Annual Meeting.
Will you provide a certificate of attendance?
Yes, you will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion of the post-meeting evaluation.
How do I request a letter of invitation for my visa application?
Please contact info@PNSociety.com for the invitation letter and allow up to 2 business days for the request to be fulfilled. If you are submitting an abstract for the meeting, you will be presented with the option to designate your VISA requirement within your abstract submission. The PNS Scientific Program Committee will accord special attention to pre-reviewing these specific abstracts during the month of November. Upon the acceptance of your abstract, you will promptly receive an official VISA invitation letter from the PNS Executive Office, citing your presentation details. May I submit an abstract to the PNS that has been previously presented?
Yes, abstracts previously presented at a national/international meeting may be submitted to the PNS. Please cite the meeting, location, and date of the previous presentation. Abstracts cannot be previously published.
What is your abstract embargo policy?
The embargo for all abstracts at the upcoming 2024 PNS Annual Meeting is Friday, 14 June 2024, which is the date and time all abstracts will be release in the meetings mobile app (registered attendees only). Information contained in those abstracts may not be released until the abstracts appear in the mobile app.
What is the abstract copyright policy?
Accepted abstracts will be published as a compilation in an abstract supplement of our Journal, the Journal of the Peripheral Nervous System (JPNS), under copyright by the Peripheral Nerve Society. Individual abstracts are not copyrighted by the Society, and you are free to publish or present your work elsewhere.
