Lunch with the Experts

Back by popular demand, we will hold the Lunch with the Experts roundtable discussions over lunch each day of the meeting. This intimate setting will allow junior investigators to discuss funding, career paths, and more in a small group setting with experts in the peripheral nerve field. A box lunch will be provided to those pre-registered to attend. New this year, delegates will select a roundtable discussion by topic of interest instead of by mentor.

Space is limited & pre-registration is required! There are up to 7 spots at each discussion topic table, so we recommend registering early. Registration is FREE but limited to junior investigators only.

What does an in-person registration fee include?

Your registration fee includes access to all PNS General Sessions, Industry Sponsored Symposia, Saturday Education Day, Poster Sessions, Concurrent SIG Sessions, continental breakfast, and coffee breaks.

Lunch will be provided in conjunction with the industry-sponsored symposia programming (Sunday-Tuesday), the Saturday Education Day, and as part of the Lunch with the Experts roundtable sessions (junior investigators only). Is there a virtual meeting option?

No. The Annual Meeting will not be live-streamed or offered in a hybrid environment. PNS talks will not be recorded in 2024.

Will a printed program or abstract supplement be provided?

No, we no longer provide the complete program or abstract supplement in print or meeting giveaways to reduce our carbon footprint. The PNS mobile app will be your up-to-the-minute resource for all speaker, exhibitor, and event information. This is also your go-to source for viewing full-text abstracts in 2024. A limited number of printed pocket programs will be available onsite for attendees.

Following the meeting, abstracts will be published in the Journal of the Peripheral Nervous System (JPNS).
