Our meeting is the place to learn about the latest international research across specialties in peripheral neuropathy. As the largest peripheral nerve meeting globally, it is the premier venue to connect with your peers.

IMPORTANT

Those selected for PNS or SIG Platform Presentations (including Clinical and Basic Science Highlights presentations) will not prepare/present a scientific poster in 2024 to avoid presentation duplication.

Late-breaking abstracts selected for an oral presentation will not have a poster.

Poster Presentation Guidelines & Standby Times

Full abstract text and poster numbers will be available for meeting attendees to view in the mobile conference app starting Friday, 14 June, at 16.00 CDT (US/Canada). Abstracts are published as submitted within the PNS abstract submission system.

All posters will be on display Sunday – Tuesday of the meeting. Standby times are required for Poster Sessions I (odd poster #s) & II (even poster #s). Tuesday is reserved for open poster viewing and has no standby time, but we encourage you to be near your poster from 14.15-15.15.

Poster Specs:  Please make sure your posters are within the dimensions of 95 cm wide x 110-150 cm high // 37 inches wide x 43-59 inches high; portrait orientation.

Please include your contact information on the poster so those interested in your research may reach out to set up meetings with you in Montréal.

Local Poster Printing: If you are interested in having your poster printed in Montréal, please email clairec@pixgraphik.com. The print submission deadline is Friday, 14 June 2024 (no exceptions).

  1. PNS Platform Presentations (Room 517d, Level 5): Time allotted is 10 minutes, plus 5 minutes for questions. PowerPoint presentations are required.
  2. PNS Clinical Highlights Presentations (Room 517d, Level 5): Time allotted is 10 minutes, plus 5 minutes for questions. PowerPoint presentations are required.
  3. PNS Basic Science Highlights Presentations (Room 517d, Level 5): Time allotted is 10 minutes, plus 3 minutes for questions. PowerPoint presentations are required. Please limit your presentation to 4-6 slides.
  4. PNS Education Day Presentations (Room 517d, Level 5)
    • Education Day Special Focus Presentations:Time allotted for the presentation is 10 minutes. This is intended to be a joint presentation with two speakers delving into a specific topic. Please prepare the presentation together so it is cohesive. It should include sufficient background to summarize current knowledge of the topic, critical gaps remaining, and some data from both presenters. Covering the spectrum of basic to clinical research is encouraged if possible. PowerPoint presentations are required. A 20-minute question/discussion session is scheduled after each thematic block of speakers in which you will participate. Please sit near the podium in the reserved seats to allow for quick speaker changes. Please watch for a subsequent email from the PNS on who you will present with.
    • Education Day Poster Preview Presentations: Time allotted for the presentation is 5 minutes. This is intended to preview your poster, just enough to lure people to visit during the poster session. Please provide sufficient background to frame your questions and a couple of pieces of exciting data. PowerPoint presentations are required. A 20-minute question/discussion session is scheduled after each thematic block of speakers in which you will participate. Please sit near the podium in the reserved seats to allow for quick speaker changes.
