Each year the PNS gives named prizes for the best abstracts to young investigators. In evaluating each presentation, the prize committee considers the quality of the presentation, groundbreaking and/or innovative results, and the quality of the presenter. The prizes are named for luminaries in our field, whose major scientific achievements in peripheral neuropathies would inspire the next generation of scientists.
