Hotel Reservations & Accommodations
The 2027 PNS Annual Meeting will be held at the Hilton Chicago, Chicago, Illinois, USA. We strongly encourage all attendees to reserve accommodations through the official PNS housing link (Passkey) when registration opens. Booking through the official PNS reservation system ensures access to our negotiated group rates and benefits.

To receive the discounted PNS group rates, attendees must book through the official PNS Passkey reservation link.
Reservations made directly through the public Hilton website may not receive the PNS negotiated rates, room types, or group benefits. We encourage all attendees to use the PNS booking link whenever possible.
Hotel Rates
The following discounted rates have been negotiated for PNS Annual Meeting attendees:

| Standard Room with Two Double Beds | $249 per night |
Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
Extended Stay Benefits
Attendees booking within the official PNS room block may receive the negotiated group rate for:
- Up to three (3) days prior to the meeting
- Up to three (3) days following the meeting
Subject to room and rate availability.
Reservation Deadline
Cut-Off Date: 7 April 2027
Reservations received after this date will be accepted based on hotel availability and may be offered at prevailing hotel rates rather than the PNS group rate. We encourage attendees to book early.

Hotel Policies
- Standard hotel check-in: 3:00 PM
- Standard hotel check-out: 11:00 AM
- A valid credit card and first night’s deposit are required to confirm a reservation.
- Reservations may generally be canceled up to three (3) days prior to arrival for a refund of the deposit.
