Are you interested in hosting a future PNS Congress? 
The PNS is soliciting volunteers to host the 2026 PNS Annual Meeting. If you want to participate on a local organizing committee and bring the PNS Annual Meeting to your city, please click here for details and guidelines. We’ve also included a copy of the PNS Annual Meeting Request for Proposal (RFP) for hotels and convention centers to view – this contains the meeting specifications and details. The PNS is open to hosting the meeting in all areas of the globe but encourages submissions from Asia and countries within the Pacific. 

What is the Local Organizing Committee (LOC)?
This committee is responsible for advising the Executive Office and Board on organizing the congress in their country, including logistics, venues, tourist information, and accommodations. The PNS Board relies on their guidance for making recommendations regarding potential venues, entertainment, and other related aspects for these activities to the meeting. The committee may also be asked to comment on local transportation options and other logistical elements.
