Late-breaking abstract submissions are now open for the 2026 PNS Annual Meeting, taking place at the Maastricht Exhibition & Conference Centre (MECC) in Maastricht, the Netherlands, from 13-16 June 2026.

Submission Deadline: Wednesday, 15 April at 23:59 EDT US/Canada

General Requirements

• Late‑breaking abstracts must be novel or new.
• Abstracts previously presented at another meeting may be submitted. You must cite the meeting name, location, and presentation date.
• Abstracts that have been previously published are not permitted (in‑press manuscripts are acceptable).
• Limited opportunities are available for oral presentations only. Note: no poster presentations are available for late-breaking abstracts).
• Abstracts must be submitted through the official online system (submissions by mail or email are not accepted).
• There is one presenting author per abstract.

All accepted late‑breaking abstracts will be:

• Included in the Annual Meeting mobile app as submitted
• Published in the Journal of the Peripheral Nervous System (JPNS) as submitted

Abstract Embargo Press Policy:
The embargo for all abstracts at the upcoming 2026 PNS Annual Meeting is Friday, 5 June 2026 at 16.00 CT (US/Canada), which is the date and time all abstracts will be released in the meeting mobile app (registered attendees only). Information contained in those abstracts may not be released until the abstracts appear in the mobile app.
