Dianthus Therapeutics Sponsored Webinar: Upstream Targeting: Rethinking MG Treatment Through Active C1s Inhibition

This webinar features an expert panel reviewing data from the MaGic Phase 2 trial in myasthenia gravis (MG), highlighting evidence for upstream C1s inhibition with claseprubart (DNTH103). Trial and open-label extension results show rapid improvements in MG-ADL and QMG scores, including in patients with more severe disease and at below–steady-state exposure, suggesting potential for less frequent dosing. In vitro data will also be reviewed, showing how C1s inhibition may offer advantages over C5 inhibition by blocking early complement activation.
