Late-breaking abstract submissions are now open for the 2025 PNS Annual Meeting, taking place at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) in Edinburgh, UK, from 17-20 May 2025.

Submission Deadline: Friday, 28 March at 23:59 CT US/Canada (no exceptions)

Submission Rules & Regulations Overview:

• Abstracts must be novel or new;
• No abstracts that have been published are permitted (in-press is acceptable).
• Limited oral presentation opportunities are available for selected abstracts.
• Late-breaking abstracts will not have the opportunity to present a poster.

All accepted abstracts will be published in the Journal of the Peripheral Nervous System (JPNS) and included in the PNS meeting mobile app.

Embargo Policy:
The embargo for all abstracts at the upcoming 2025 PNS Annual Meeting is Friday, 9 May 2025 at 16.00 CT (US/Canada), which is the date and time all abstracts will be released in the meeting mobile app (registered attendees only). Information contained in those abstracts may not be released until the abstracts appear in the mobile app.
